Thank you dear congressmakers & attendees

Thank you to everyone who participated in our two-day conference “Psychotherapy at the intersection of science, art and ethics” as speakers, workshop givers, facilitators and conference attendees. Inspiring lectures that were sometimes even so interactive that they became a workshop.

Thanks to Stefan Perceval for reminding us that playing and working people are actually the same, that the power of art can do so much and that you can/should always ask people about their dreams.

Thanks to Hilde Vleugels for helping us with her different personae and with Moïra Nauwens to cross the crossroads in these changing times. Intersection and crossroads, collapse and breakthrough, nothingness and being, with Conceptual Design (or I.V.) as a compass.

Grateful that Binu Singh made us reflect on the power of the healed healer, made us look inward through the right questions, made us aware of the importance of our own story and self-care, and our role and responsibility as therapist in the interaction with our client.

Amazed how Bruno Van den Bosch managed to, yes: integrate the themes of previous speakers in his “Quest for Integration. An experienced captain, he led us on his boat of safety, trust and self-worth with an exploratory integration mast through a sea of possibilities for love and meaning. We even sang his name as if it were our own.

Grateful in conclusion for the inspiring workshop givers who (and we quote literally a conference attendee) “from their hearts in connection with the participants speak, convey, show, express … set us in motion … so beautiful, so warm and so enriching … that we may continue to dream!”.

T H AN K   Y O U  to   A L L   P A R T I C I P A N T S for having made this two-day meeting place such an unforgettable day.
