The centre’s basic vision/method is Interactionele Vormgeving (I.V.) or Conceptual Interaction (C.I.). Conceptual Interaction is an interactive model in which movements and world views interact with each other. Each movement retains its individuality and is a possibility that can contribute to a broader reality.
This intensive training programme is aimed at professionals who wish to become qualified psychotherapists. The programme is recognised by various European professional organisations and prepares students for independent practice as psychotherapists. The programme covers theoretical frameworks, practical skills and an in-depth personal development process, thoroughly integrating all four pillars of I.V. / C.I. Graduates are eligible for the European Certificate for Psychotherapy (ECP) and the European Certificate of Integrative Psychotherapy (ECIP).
The counselling training programme prepares professionals to work as counselors in various contexts. The focus is on short-term counseling and strengthening a person’s natural problem-solving abilities. The programme integrates theory, skills training and personal development, with a particular focus on conversation techniques and short-term interventions based on the four I.V. / C.I. pillars, with a specific emphasis on the integrative and scientific aspects. This three-year programme prepares students to work with adult clients.
Just like the “Three-year long I.V. / C.I. counselor training for working with adults”, this counseling training course prepares professionals to work as counselors, but with a specific focus on working with children and young people as clients. After all, counseling children requires a different language: a language of action, a language of feeling, a language of play, a language without words, etc. We look for ways to rekindle children’s self-healing abilities so that the healthy inner child can offer more support to the wounded part and they learn to deal with grief, anger, mourning, trauma, emotional pain and tension, among other things.
This programme is intended for professionals who want to focus on coaching or who want to deepen their existing coaching practice. The first year provides a broad foundation in the principles of Conceptual Interaction, while the second year offers opportunities for specialisation in specific coaching methodologies and contexts. Here too, the four pillars are integrated, with a particular emphasis on the creative and integrative aspects within a coaching framework.
