• Teaching day “The supervisor’s 7-eyes model”: The basis of the supervisor training at EA is still the seven-eyes model, originally developed by Peter Hawkins and Robin Shohet. It provides a framework that focuses on seven different aspects of the supervision process, integrating relational and systemic elements. It therefore lends itself extremely well to the integrative model of Interactionele Vormgeving (I.V.) (or also Conceptual Interaction, C.I.). It gives the supervisor a touchstone for designing the supervision process as broadly as possible, together with the supervisee. This extra teaching day is useful for integrative supervisors who are recognised by the Educatieve Academie and want to work with I.V. students. This teaching day will take place on 7 February 2026. • Masterclass “The Building and the Boat”: How do you guide therapists in their professional development when they work from an integrative approach? As a supervisor, how do you create a safe structure while at the same time offering space for personal growth and discovery? And how do you integrate the richness of different therapeutic traditions without falling into eclecticism? This masterclass introduces a powerful integrative vision based on two complementary metaphors: the building as a symbol of structure, stability and different therapeutic traditions, and the boat as a symbol of the dynamic journey of personal and professional development. You will learn how, as a supervisor, you can integrate both the wisdom of the past (the building) and the possibilities of the future (the boat) into your supervisory practice.
